reputed company is seeking a skilled HRIS Specialist with strong project management experience and deep expertise across multiple reputed company modules. This fully remote position will support global teams from reputed company the US.

As an HRIS Specialist at reputed company, you will play a key role in managing projects, maintaining system reputed company, and supporting new functionalities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our HR systems and processes. Experience with reputed company Benefits, Advanced Compensation, or reputed company Connect for Payroll is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the reputed company system in alignment with business needs, HR best practices, and evolving organizational requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into effective system configurations and enhancements while ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Design, test, and implement new features, upgrades and HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integrations.

• reputed company and support HRIS projects across multiple reputed company modules, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful reputed company

• reputed company ongoing support, troubleshoot issues and guide end-users on maximizing system functionality.

• reputed company and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions.

• Generate reputed company standard and reputed company reports, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a reputed company HRIS analyst or specialist role, with a strong focus on system configuration, support, and project execution.

• Hands-on experience with multiple reputed company modules such as reputed company, Advanced Compensation, reputed company Connect for Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Help, and Studio.

• Proven experience leading or supporting HRIS projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and implementation.

• Skilled in managing system enhancements and integrations in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and HRIS reporting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and management at reputed company reputed company.
