The Role:

Working as the Personal Growth Partner, you will be overseeing a portfolio of clients, conducting daily 1-1 consultation sessions, and guiding clients on the development and execution of their growth action plans. If specific expertise is required (e.g. finance, legal, delivery etc. ), you'll collaborate with reputed company of subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company targeted support. This role demands a high level of business acumen, coaching skills, reputed company marketing and sales experience.

• Client Engagement and reputed company Management: Conduct in-depth, personalised video consultations to understand each client’s reputed company position and goals, crafting tailored action plans. reputed company ongoing support through regular reputed company reviews, offering strategic guidance to ensure accountability and reputed company advancement. Regularly audit and optimize client funnels, offers, pricing, and sales processes to maximize effectiveness and growth.

Requirements
