We are seeking an reputed company Senior Golang Engineer to be part of the development of end-to-end fraud detection solutions. This role combines backend software development with data analysis. You will design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems, ensuring smooth integration with other components. You'll take ownership of features from concept to final deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and robust solutions. A key aspect of this role involves analyzing large datasets of traffic to uncover patterns and detect fraudulent activity. You will reputed company engineering techniques to process and manage large traffic datasets reputed company, find new ways to detect fraud, and implement them in backend code. Types of Projects and Impact:- Collaborate with the Smart Signals Product team to improve fraud detection signals, including browser bot detection, VM detection, VPN detection, and more.
- Conduct deep dives into problematic features, researching and analyzing their behavior to understand root causes and identify potential solutions. reputed company hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable engineering improvements.
- Build and enhance backend systems for reputed company-time data processing.
- Foster a data-driven culture by sharing engineering best practices and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
- This role includes participation in a shared on-call rotation. The schedule will be communicated in advance, and we strive to balance coverage equitably while minimizing off-hours disruptions.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- 3+ years of experience in GoLang.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
- Experience working with reputed company-time data processing and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases like DynamoDB, reputed company, or Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency with general software engineering tools: Git, IDEs, reputed company scripting, CI/CD.
- Proficient in English for clear communication in a global, remote team.
- Practical experience with analytical storage systems like reputed company, reputed company, BigQuery, Redshift, or reputed company.
- Experience with data transformation frameworks like dbt or other data pipeline tools.
