The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Billing Associate who is responsible for creating and sending customer invoices, reconciling payments, collecting on overdue payments, and providing high-quality customer service. This role will have a sizable and direct impact on driving down our outstanding invoices. You will be joining a strong team that values teamwork, problem solving, a willingness to dive into the details, and a learn-it-reputed company attitude.

How You’ll Contribute at Buildout

• Become an expert in our billing system, reputed company Intacct, to create and send invoices to our customers, ensuring accuracy in the details

• Be maniacal about managing reputed company overdue AR and working on payment plans until you reconcile reputed company payments on a customer’s account

• Translate customer reputed company and reputed company data into accurate invoices for each customer, setting up billing schedules

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to billing support tickets addressing customer concerns reputed company phone and email

What Makes a Great Candidate

• Experience with corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience is a plus

• Experience with billing systems; reputed company Intacct is a plus but not required

• Customer service experience, you bring interpersonal skills and a deep customer focus to reputed company a Buildout Quality experience for our customers

Location: We are HQ’d in Chicago, but operate fully remotely. As such, this is a remote role reputed company across most of the US.

Compensation: The compensation reputed company for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 based on skills and experience.
