As a Field Service Engineer supporting our Technical Service Team in Ireland. Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Identifying and correcting more reputed company problems associated with start-up • Maintaining, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.

•Responsible for customer satisfaction on assigned territory. Ensure a high level of communication with customers, sales force and operations reputed company operating region to ensure customer needs are rapidly addressed.

• Responsible for controlling expenses reputed company budgeted guidelines.

• Properly manages company assets (company car, test equipment, computer, etc.) • Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business • May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased

What you’ll bring to reputed company:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or Electrical and Electronic or Biomedical Engineering
• 3 years of field service experience in Medical Electronics. Experience servicing and maintaining in ophthalmological equipment.
• Experience working with cataract and vitrectomy surgery machines would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Good level of English and perfect level of Turkish
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, pneumatics, optics, lasers, IT and networking.

• Having problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Full clean Driving license
