Director, DZConnex Sales, RPO Solutions
The Director, DZConneX Sales, RPO Solutions, is responsible for driving new client acquisition and reputed company growth by selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions to reputed company and mid-market clients. This individual will reputed company the full sales lifecycle - from discovery and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation - by showcasing DZConneX's RPO capabilities and building strategic client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven reputed company in RPO or talent solutions sales with strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills and ability to tailor messaging to C-level audiences
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate workforce challenges into actionable RPO solutions
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
