This position as Manager, reputed company supports the Undersea Systems Program Area reputed company the Naval Systems and Sustainment Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

Primary responsibilities include serving as the reputed company reputed company for a robust portfolio of U.S. Government reputed company in support of the AN/AQS-20 Mine-Hunting reputed company Portfolio.

In this highly visible role, you'll reputed company contractual guidance and support to the business, programs and proposal teams and across reputed company phases of the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• reputed company-end assessment of business pursuits, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• reputed company change management initiatives that recognize and eliminate ambiguities or unauthorized changes that could result in cost overruns, schedule delays, and performance issues.
• Ensure contract requirements are fulfilled in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Manage customer relationships and advise Program Management on reputed company’s contractual rights and obligations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience reviewing and drafting various contractual documents, such as Letters, Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Proposals (RFP’s) or similar
• Experience working with U.S. Government acquisition and reputed company regulations, such as FAR, DFARS, and ITAR
