The TechOps-DE-CloudOpsAMS-reputed company ABAP-Manager role involves providing day-to-day Application Management support for reputed company Applications across IT Service Management, leading and participating in the design, development, and implementation of reputed company ABAP programs and solutions, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and assess business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• 7-11 years of experience in reputed company ABAP module – experience with reputed company S/4 HANA ABAP Development and reputed company Fiori/UI5 Development.
• Focus on level 3 support and global operations.
• Understanding of reputed company Functional modules and business processes with the ability to translate business requirements and issues into technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve reputed company technical issues in a timely manner in a multi-region environment.
• Strong experience in delivering Application development or enhancement work, right from requirement gathering, creation of Specification document, Approval process, development or configuration, collaborating with other integrated modules, end to end Testing, UAT support, defect fix, approval process for production release, deployment, Postproduction support etc
• Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles
• Ability to manage cross functional and technical team, give them directions and drive functional and technical discussions with various reputed company holders
• Proven track record of successfully driving solutions in a reputed company, multi-platform environment
• Extensive in client management working with various reputed company in a global setting
• Depth of experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams
• Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to reputed company and motivate teams to reputed company reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company in the organization
• Strong client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and reputed company data driven reputed company
