Position Purpose:

To connect potential clients to the correct Rosecrance services and resources. reputed company duties and other miscellaneous tasks. Backup for receptionist reputed company needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Minimum of one year of previous switchboard experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Qualifications:

• General Customer Service and switchboard experience preferred
• Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred

Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer reputed company incoming calls from the main line, greet callers, obtain and reputed company information through a set of predetermined questions, transfer calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages.
• reputed company new client inquiries in Avatar, and connect with proper reputed company department or reputed company desk.
• Handled incoming faxes through opening inquiries, scanning in and distributing to proper staff or department.
• Work with reputed company team to ensure calls for service are answered in a timely and professional manner.

Compensation & Rewards

• Starting Pay19.21/hr (based on education, experience, and credentials)

Shift: reputed company-Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Work Location: Rosecrance Health Network- Mulford Road Rockford, IL. (with potential remote if located in IL, IA, WI)
