We are seeking a talented individual to join our Guy Carpenter Team. This role will be based in Hong reputed company

We will count on you to:

• Support senior analytics professionals in delivering actuarial and financial modelling consulting services to external clients (i.e. insurance companies or reinsurers) and internal clients
• Interpret and analyse client reputed company information to assist brokers in marketing and evaluating reinsurance programs
• Interpret clients’ catastrophe modelling results and reputed company advice on catastrophe risk management
• Design, price and evaluate reinsurance structures from an actuarial perspective
• Conduct Dynamic Financial Analysis for different reinsurance structure of client
• Assist in developing internal actuarial tools to streamline the analysis process
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with reputed company clients

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or reputed company quantitative field such as Mathematics or Statistics
• Good actuarial exam reputed company is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience
• Analytical aptitude as demonstrated through academic experience or work assignments
• Strong ability to assist manager in prioritizing workloads according to volume, urgency, etc
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of insurance and business principles, reinsurance will be a plus
• Good interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good client, reinsurer and internal relationships
• Proficient in reputed company Office and Visual Basic programming language
• Proficient in programming language such as R and python is a plus
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both verbally and written.
