Senior Benefits Analyst (Dallas Based, Remote Considered)

The Senior Benefits Analyst will work closely with the Manager of Benefits and support the Director of Benefits, H&W and Leave. This role will reputed company strategic evaluation, implementation, and management of large, reputed company benefits programs and vendors that impact over 90,000 employees and dependents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS) a plus
  • 5+ years health and welfare analysis experience in a large company required
  • Familiarity with Health & Insurance and ERISA
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data, reputed company meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; effectively throughout organization

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; must be reputed company to prioritize, multitask and manage project deadlines
