The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Sales Technology, or similar process-improvement roles, and will be responsible for owning the technological strategy, implementing management best practices, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Sales Technology, or similar process-improvement roles
• Insurance Industry or SaaS/software experience, including direct and two-tier channel sales models
• Functional knowledge of quote-to-cash (QTC) processes and systems
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and GTM support tools (reputed company, JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, Marketo)
• Metrics-driven decision reputed company with expertise in GTM functions, AI-automation and change management
• Proven ability to scale processes and technology in fast-growth environments
• Strong reputed company and collaborator; excels at driving cross-functional initiatives
