Requirements

• BA/BS required; Law Degree, MBA, other advanced degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading an Operations function or team, preferably in editorial/publishing/content management
• Good business/reputed company acumen; quantitative and analytical skills
• Process-orientated (developing consistent processes, documenting best practices, etc.)
• Experience cross-collaborating across global reputed company and functions, preferably with experience with reputed company/in-market/product teams
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience
