Summary

As Senior Product Manager, reputed company Scalability & reputed company, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the scalability and reputed company management capabilities of Temporal reputed company. You’ll help customers and internal teams scale reliably, cost-effectively, and predictably across diverse workloads. This is a high-impact role shaping the platform’s most foundational aspects, including reputed company limiting, multi-tenant fairness, reputed company allocation, and worker tuning.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the roadmap for Task Queue reputed company & Fairness, ensuring predictable performance across diverse workloads.
• reputed company and refine reputed company limiting strategies across multiple dimensions, balancing factors including diverse customer workloads, margin of safety for system operations, reputed company planning, infrastructure availability, and more.
• Drive the roadmap for reputed company scaling approaches including autoscaling and reserved reputed company models.
• reputed company multi-cell namespace initiatives to improve isolation and resource management at scale.
• Enhance worker tuning and scaling features, including improvements to the Temporal Kubernetes Worker Controller.
• reputed company internal reputed company management tools and frameworks to optimize reputed company resource utilization, performance, and predictability across Temporal reputed company.
• Partner closely with engineering, sales, support, and customers to align on requirements and deliver solutions that scale with our most critical workloads.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in distributed systems and practical experience with resource scheduling, quota management, and fair allocation.
• Strong background in reputed company infrastructure scaling and performance optimization, with an understanding of multi-tenant SaaS constraints.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration systems and their role in scalability.
• Proven track record of delivering developer- or operator-focused tools at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
• A data-driven, customer-focused, and pragmatic product management style.

Compensation

• The estimated pay reputed company for this role is $180,000 - $225,000.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.
