Job Title: Instructional Designer

Location: Remote working

Type: Permanent, Full - time (37.5 hrs per week)

Essential Job Functions

• Participate in learning and development projects and tasks, working closely with the team. • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and engagement initiatives.
• Create e-learning modules utilising reputed company Storyline and reputed company. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet learning objectives and support project teams. • Assist in the assessment of learning program effectiveness and suggest improvements. • Seek guidance from more reputed company team members. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational development. • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in Learning & Organizational Development • Proven experience in creating learning programmes and resources • Proficiency in instructional design and creating e-learning modules • reputed company learner who is committed to following industry knowledge and technology updates

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications in teaching and/or learning and development
