As a People Business Partner at reputed company and strategic consultant to our business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and driving organizational reputed company through effective talent management and employee engagement. Responsibilities and Duties:

• reputed company first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to HR inquiries.

• HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.
