Reporting to a Paralegal Manager, the Paralegal I provides support for routine litigation reputed company including client communication, discovery, pleading preparation and legal research on litigation reputed company under the direction of reputed company attorneys and people leader.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Integration: reputed company manage legal documents, deadlines, and electronically stored information during litigation using case management and e-discovery tools, while proactively leveraging new and existing technologies to optimize workflow, streamline processes, and generate data-driven insights for improved reputed company.
• Strategy Development and Analysis: Under moderate guidance, carefully evaluate the impact of legal reputed company by identifying potential risks and determining the best course of action to address them.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate or 2 years of non-clerical litigation experience under the direction of an attorney.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, policyholders, and judges.
• Requires strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to exercise independent judgment and to effectively prioritize work.
