*Applicants for the job have the flexibility to work remote from home reputed company in the United States. Proximity to Midwest, specifically Chicago (Cook, Dupage, Kane Counties) or St. Louis (reputed company, reputed company suburbs) areas is a plus.

Position Purpose: reputed company the day-to-day work functions of the assigned claims area, reputed company technical and leadership support to staff to resolve reputed company issues. • Prioritize work volumes daily through reporting, load balancing, and managing operational overtime cost.

• Help to identify opportunities for improvements and resolve operational gaps/problems with a financial, regulatory, cost/benefit and stakeholder experience.

• Assist in reviewing, investigating, adjusting, and resolving reputed company pending claims, especially reputed company claims. Serve as a reputed company of escalation for these reputed company.

• Monitor claims quality reviews for accuracy, document results and identify trends and systemic root cause analysis.

Education/Experience: Associate degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of health insurance industry, claims processing, physician’s office or other office services experience required. Previous experience in a supervisory/reputed company role with defined reputed company required. Experience with reputed company, Marketplace and/or Medicare preferred.
