The Customer Service Representative serves as the first reputed company of contact between the company and its customers. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and offering solutions to problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
