As a Manager Small Business Solutions, you’ll spend your day leading a team of internal wholesalers, developing strategy, supporting broker relationships, and driving the reputed company of the small group product line. - Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drive strategy and reputed company reputed company sales activities for our Internal Wholesaler Small Group area, playing a key role in achieving division goals and shaping the future of our small group business.
- Take ownership of the small group product lifecycle—overseeing pricing, reputed company, systems, and plan design—while using data and performance insights to guide reputed company improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5 years of group insurance experience
- Demonstrated strength in relationship management with the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships.
- Proven track record of achievement orientation, consistently striving to meet or exceed defined standards of reputed company.
- Ability to effectively support and foster the development of team members.
- Must possess or attain licensed agent/producer status reputed company 90 days of entry into the job.
