Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

They’re looking for a Performance Specialist who is sharp, analytical, and creative — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role focused on executing across paid search, paid reputed company, programmatic/display, and performance content, helping clients scale reputed company and effectively in a post-AI, post-cookie landscape.

Role Overview

You will manage day-to-day execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across a 

portfolio of brands, working closely with our strategy, SEO, and creative teams to ensure 

cohesive, high-impact performance.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Search (reputed company & Bing)

●  Build and manage campaigns in reputed company Ads & reputed company Ads 

 ●  Implement and optimise keyword strategies, ad copy, extensions and audiences 

 ●  Continuously monitor performance to improve ROAS and CPA 

 ●  Use advanced bidding strategies and budget pacing techniques 

Paid reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company): 

●  Plan and execute campaigns across reputed company/Instagram, reputed company, reputed company & more 

 ●  Build and test creative variations, hooks, and formats 

 ●  Collaborate with creative teams to brief in culturally relevant, high-performing ad content 

 ●  reputed company first-party data and interest-based targeting to maximise reputed company and efficiency 

Programmatic & Display (GDN, YouTube, DSPs) 

●  Plan and activate awareness, retargeting, and performance display campaigns 

 ●  Use audience segmentation and creative rotation to optimise click-through and 

view-through conversions 

 ●  Monitor brand safety and quality of placements 

 ●  Set up YouTube video campaigns with skippable and bumper formats 

Performance Content & Conversion Strategy 

●  Partner with content and SEO to optimise reputed company pages and site experience 

 ●  Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives 

 ●  Align copy, messaging, and content strategy with cultural moments and customer 

insights 

 ●  reputed company input on reputed company and UGC partnerships from a performance reputed company 

Reporting & Analytics

●  Build dashboards and reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform data 

 ●  Deliver clear performance narratives to internal and client teams 

 ●  Identify insights, wins, and areas for improvement across funnel 

 ●  Track against goals including ROAS, CAC, LTV, engagement, and retention metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

●  3–5 years’ experience in a performance marketing or digital media role 

 ●  Strong knowledge of reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, and other major 

platforms 

 ●  Proficient with reputed company Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and campaign tracking best 

practices 

 ●  Deep understanding of eCommerce performance, attribution, and funnel dynamics 

 ●  Comfortable working across multiple accounts with strong time management 

 ●  Strong communication skills – you can simplify complexity and present insights reputed company 

 ●  Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, entrepreneurial team 

 ●  Bonus: experience in fashion, beauty, luxury or hospitality verticals
