As a production reputed company, this person will help define the product roadmap for customer retention, responsible for stakeholder management and communications. This person will work on feature prioritization and execution. Should have strong communication and skills and a background in customer experience/retention. - Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum required work experience: 3 to 6 years.
