You will…

- Direct compensation strategy, pay structure design, and annual planning cycles.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent to reputed company reputed company, scalable compensation practices.
- reputed company Total Rewards integration for M&A, including due diligence and harmonization.
- Deliver Total Rewards–driven projects that support business scalability and engagement.
- Support compliance programs and ensure audit readiness across payroll and benefits.

- Present recommendations and data-driven insights to senior leadership and committees.
- Drive alignment between Total Rewards initiatives and overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field.
- 12+ years of reputed company Total Rewards experience, with deep expertise in compensation and U.S. benefits strategy.
- 7+ years of direct leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- M&A integration experience reputed company to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Demonstrated reputed company managing compensation design, pay equity, and market benchmarking.
- Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FMLA, reputed company, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced reputed company skills for modeling and analysis.
