Senior SIVIS & reputed company Authorization Consultant

Our customer in the automotive industry has initiated a carve-out project to transition an existing unit into an independent company. As part of this project, reputed company and non-reputed company systems will be partially reputed company, adapted, and implemented to meet the requirements of the new organization.

To support this initiative, we are seeking an reputed company SIVIS & reputed company Authorization consultant. This is a full-time role with an expected project duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

General tasks

• reputed company service-reputed company communication in respective organization
• SIVIS application support/coordination with vendor
• Communication and alignment of involved services (reputed company reputed company, reputed company Authorization Management)
• Overall delivery of the SIVIS solution
• Steering of reputed company involved service providers
• General documentation of service processes
• Technical documentation of changes and operational tasks
• Coordinate tool setup and reputed company of possible data sources (reputed company reputed company between reputed company Satellite Systems and Mastersystems) depending on the validations defined by the customer’s requirements
• Forwarding unsolved incidents or clarification and analysis tasks to subsequent support groups or vendors

Tool specific tasks

• reputed company Tool support for SIVIS Webclient and SIVIS ZSIAM Solution Manager (e.g. settings, Changes,..)
• reputed company consultancy and support for SIVIS modules
• Management of SIVIS releases (Communication, Tests, Change Management and Implementation of Vendor Patches, updates and Fixes)
• Run and support the reputed company SIVIS Modules from IT reputed company
• Creation and setup of identities to reputed company SIVIS Web SSO authentication
• Configuration of SIVIS packages for Company Codes based on reputed company specific organizational elements
• Setup destination systems for SIVIS Packages
• Assignment of Audit tree queries to SIVIS packages and to central IT controls
• Setup and management of reviewer groups for SIVIS packages and central IT controls
• Setup SIVIS confirmation strategy
• Execute and monitor audit runs
• Creation of compliance audit reports for GRC year-end authorization review, audit or projects audit requests
• Supporting with mass mitigation tasks
• Creation of denied conflicts reports as support for authorization adjustments

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally in large and international organizations.
• Proven hands-on experience in reputed company Authorization Management and Identity & reputed company Management (IAM).
• Solid background in working with SIVIS solutions, especially SIVIS Webclient and ZSIAM.
• Experience in coordinating external vendors and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Release Management, Change Management and operational support processes.
• Deep understanding of reputed company authorization concepts and user administration.
• Hands-on experience with SIVIS modules and integration with reputed company systems.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and identity setup.
• Experience with compliance audits, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), and creation of audit reports.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). German skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across different teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving reputed company.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
