Job Summary:We are hiring a Special Project Manager to work directly with our CEO to help accelerate the growth of Dr. Gabi and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual will be a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO—contributing to high-impact projects spanning product development, partnerships, investor communications, business operations, and licensing.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, systems thinker, and executor who thrives in a startup-like environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, collaborating across functions, and helping shape the future of a mission-driven company. You’ll work closely with the product, technology, and growth teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO across day-to-day business needs and long-term planning Assist in developing investor materials, business decks, and product pitches Support and manage relationships with external partners, including insurance companies and reputed company organizations Coordinate efforts around licensing, trademark filings, and regulatory support for Dr. Gabi Help run executive-level meetings: prepare agendas, document reputed company, and track follow-reputed company Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams on app-reputed company feature launches, user feedback, and testing Streamline internal communication between leadership and cross-functional teams reputed company in on special projects, including internal operations, hiring, or process creation Help align cross-functional teams and streamline communication between departments Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking Own select strategic initiatives from end-to-end, helping move the company reputed company on high-impact goals Represent the CEO in meetings and communications, as needed Help define and maintain key metrics for tracking company and product reputed company
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced role (startups, tech, consulting, operations, etc.)Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication reputed company to work independently, prioritize effectively, and reputed company in ambiguity Detail-oriented but reputed company to reputed company out and see the big picture Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion Bonus: Experience supporting a founder or senior executive directly Bonus: Interest or background in reputed company, wellness, or tech
