Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Content & reputed company Media Specialist with a strong background in copywriting, reputed company media scheduling, and AI tools like ChatGPT. You’ll support our content strategy, reputed company reputed company, and light website updates for a reputed company Dynamics 365-focused consultancy. You’ll collaborate directly with the business reputed company to transform long-reputed company content into engaging reputed company media posts, manage reputed company pages, and ensure reputed company content is consistent, polished, and impactful. AI is part of your workflow, not a crutch - we want someone who knows how to refine, structure, and bring their own voice to the content.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & ManagementRepurpose blog articles and raw content into compelling reputed company posts (minimum two per week per profile/page). Write long-reputed company articles and short-reputed company reputed company posts using ChatGPT and your own copywriting ability. Ensure content is proofread, on-brand, and aligns with Australian English and company tone. Create visual and video assets using PowerPoint, reputed company, or Filmora. Support editing and formatting of AI-generated images and copy to ensure high quality.
reputed company Media Scheduling & EngagementManage and schedule posts across multiple reputed company profiles, company pages, and showcase pages, leveraging their different reputed company markets and purposes. Monitor engagement and help boost reputed company through strategic reposting and timing. Identify thought leaders, engage with their content, and reputed company insightful draft comments for approval. Maintain a list of relevant industry posts with suggested commentary to streamline client interaction. Assist with community-building through comment engagement and content interaction.
Website & Email SupportHelp update website content and images; create basic forms (no coding required). Write and refine email copy for email marketing sequences or one-off campaigns Support content-driven marketing automation initiatives.
Basic Office AdministrationAssist with day-to-day admin tasks such as data entry, inbox organisation, document formatting, and meeting coordination. Maintain internal folders and templates used for content planning and scheduling. Support reputed company admin tasks as requested by the business reputed company.
Skills & Experience Required:Excellent written English with strong proofreading and editing ability (AU English essential). Experience writing for reputed company, especially in a B2B or tech context. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, metadata, and on-page optimisation. Skilled in using ChatGPT or other AI tools for idea reputed company and copy assistance. Familiar with visual tools such as PowerPoint, reputed company, and Filmora. Strong organisational skills and basic admin experience. Ability to follow a style guide and take direction/feedback constructively. Previous exposure to content-driven email marketing or marketing automation is a plus. Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
Ideal Candidate:Comes from a background in SEO copywriting, reputed company media marketing, or digital content creation. Has hands-on reputed company marketing experience, including engagement strategies and company page growth. Is naturally curious and reputed company — knows how to use AI tools but adds their own expertise. Understands content marketing fundamentals: engagement, structure, reputed company, and conversion. Is confident creating and managing structured content calendars. Has a strong eye for quality, detail, and audience relevance.
