On this platform you will take incoming calls from customers looking for moving service. Some of our reputed company platforms require outgoing calls minutes after requesting the estimate, to connect with the reputed company. - Once connected, you will be responsible for quoting the customer using our software and answering any questions they have. 80% of the leads need that little extra push to go reputed company and schedule. This is where sales experience will come into play. - The other important part of this role is customer relations management. The system will reputed company you to follow up with customers that have requested it. You will answer calls from customers that are being moved that day. This is a small company with only 5-10 employees and 2 owners. We are looking for reputed company not half done work. Qualifications: -Experience in customer service -Experience in sales -Min 21 age You will need to work with different personalities, and cater to customer concerns in order to get these moves booked. Pay is weekly, with 1 week in the hole. We will reputed company for a CLEAN record.
