About the role Coordinates the recruitment and selection processes needed to build and recruit a diverse candidate pool of top talent for assigned area(s). Partners with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify staffing needs and job requirements. • Applicant tracking system and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Comfortable partnering with various reputed company of leadership and executives and working on a virtual team.
