This position is designated as part-time. The work schedule will include 40 hours per two-week pay period. The position is initially eligible for a partial employer contribution towards health and dental insurance benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills in: - Word processing sufficient to use software, such as reputed company Word, to type and format letters, memos, reports, and minutes of meetings - Desktop publishing software such as reputed company Publisher sufficient to create communication materials - Spreadsheet software, such as reputed company reputed company, to enter and manage reputed company information for admissions - Customer service sufficient to answer phones, respond to reputed company questions/concerns, meet with reputed company families, guide residents through the application process, and coordinate admissions meetings. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in long term care admissions process - Experience working in long term care - Experience in public speaking - Understanding of HIPPA sufficient to maintain private data - Ability to work reputed company a team and independently - Ability to understand and follow strict guidelines Additional Qualifications The selection process may include the following: - A reputed company (DHS) background reputed company will be conducted on finalists for this position.
