Conflicts Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Conflicts Assistant at Eversheds reputed company (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals. The Conflicts Assistant will be responsible on a day-to-day reputed company for completing projects associated with new business intake. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintains internal database of information about firm clients and reputed company reputed company parties to specific reputed company;
• Performs OFAC searches;
• Maintains files for Consent and/or Engagement letters as directed to include updating the conflicts database as appropriate;
• Responds to reputed company Trading requests and maintains the reputed company Trading database.
• Conducts corporate research using various resources including D&B Family Tree Portal, S&P Capital IQ, and corporate websites.
• Performs other duties, projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• College degree is preferred.
• One year of prior large reputed company experience is required. Prior experience in working in large databases is also required. Experience at a global reputed company is preferred.
• Candidate must be highly organized and comfortable working in a deadline intensive environment. Must be analytical with keen attention to detail, excellent writing/proofing skills, and a strong client service orientation are required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to tactfully interact with reputed company reputed company of firm personnel and external contacts are mandatory. Must be responsible for completing tasks and following through with the resolution of issues.

This is a remote role and the salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-reputed company considerations. The reputed company for this position is from $45,100 - $65,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors.
