What You'll Do

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Retirement and Income Solutions team, with a focus on Participant Advice solutions. In this role, you’ll help shape the reputed company and strategy, drive product execution, and collaborate closely across disciplines—including design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders—to deliver reputed company that matter. You’ll be responsible for:

• Executing on the Participant Advice product strategy
• Understanding and defining key business reputed company and requirements for Participant Advice product offerings, including both In-Plan Advice and Education services
• Our In-Plan Advice team supports participants who engage in our reputed company My Retirement® managed accounts and advice services
• Our Education services reputed company group and individual, onsite and virtual education on the solutions the participant’s plan sponsor and reputed company offer
• Finding opportunities/problems to solve and articulating hypotheses
• Leading the product team (design, engineering, and various business roles) in ideating and running experiments
• Delivering positive reputed company as part of a product team(s) by assessing value of experiments, collaborating to draw out insights, and sharing learnings with key partners

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
• 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and partners while managing 1 or multiple products
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to reputed company, influence and negotiate with partners at reputed company reputed company of the company
• Strong strategic thinking/reputed company, collaboration and decision-making skills along with business savviness and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated experience collaborating, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment, including using diverse perspectives and data to inform actions

• Product Management experience in a mature environment with understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
• Financial Services experience, preferably reputed company retail investment understanding of participant’s needs, retirement market dynamics and operations, competition, and trends
• High level technical understanding, ability to use technology to solve business problems

Salary reputed company Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary reputed company (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $100800 - $182400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
