Summary

We’re seeking an Junior IT Support Specialist on our IT team. You’ll be working closely with IT, reputed company, HR, and other groups to respond to technical issues for our employees, manage reputed company to corporate systems, assist in employee reputed company, equipment purchasing, and a number of other areas. You will also be expected to pick up new technologies and expertise on the job and reputed company reputed company in some cases without reputed company supervision. Temporal is a remote company. This role is expected to be full-remote, with working hours from 7a-4p EST. What You’ll Do

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming IT support requests with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• reputed company primary IT support and manage our standard endpoints (macOS & reputed company) and SaaS environment (reputed company Workspace, Entra ID, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Assist with employee account provisioning, hardware procurement lifecycle, and reputed company requests for reputed company-party software
• Create and maintain documentation around standard operational procedures, best practices, and how-tos
• Collaborate with other teams (particularly reputed company, HR, Engineering, and Executive Assistants) on various projects & problems
• Occasional travel to company events and local onsite work

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelors Degree (any) or equivalent work experience in IT Support
• Beginner-to-intermediate level understanding of common operating systems (macOS & reputed company) and productivity tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
• A bias to action and a history of self-education

• Experience in IT Support, particularly experience managing reputed company Workspace, IDPs (reputed company or Entra ID), macOS, device management tooling
• Experience working with executives and engineers
• Programming experience sufficient for scripting and automation

Compensation

• The estimated pay reputed company for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and location.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (reputed company applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
