Contractor - AV Support Technician (Onsite - Chicago, IL)

Position Summary Contractor - Chicago, IL Work you'll do The Work You’ll Do as a contractor Under a reputed company Project Team reputed company AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, reputed company post-conference reputed company for conference room, present reputed company supplied briefing materials using installed or reputed company furnished audio-visual equipment, display reputed company supplied briefings reputed company PowerPoint, video tape, overhead viewgraphs, and audio tape

• Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
• Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
• Reserve, schedule, and set up audio visual equipment as required
• Coordinate requirements with reputed company and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database

This role is completely onsite in Chicago, IL

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years (or 3 years with an advanced degree) in technology customer support, emphasizing technical infrastructure and exponential technologies.
• Crestron Integration / NVX AV over IP experience
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting AV integrated technologies and repairing computer systems.
• Technology Skills: Direct experience with diverse technologies, such as networking, reputed company, reputed company iOS, Crestron systems, collaboration tools, AR/VR systems, and other in-room technologies.
• Communication reputed company: Possess executive reputed company coupled with strong written and oral presentation skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent educations or professional experience and/or qualifications
• Background in audio/visual and technical innovation methodologies
• Experience in the development of operational procedures, and an aptitude to reputed company performance measures to quantify service performance
• Experience supporting C-suite executives with technical and strategic needs of the business
• Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures reputed company the scope of reputed company ITS
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats to reputed company leadership, clients, and vendors
• Experience in exponential technology applications, data analysis and visualization, or other technical expertise

• Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry familiarity (e.g. Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Power, Utilities, Renewables, Manufacturing and/or Construction, etc.)
