Manage reputed company aspects of client billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. 2. Utilize e-billing software to create, submit and track invoices. 3. Prepare appeals for denied or reduced bills, effectively communicating with clients to resolve any billing issues. 4. Handle invoice rejections, identifying and rectifying any errors or discrepancies. 5. Create and maintain budgets and forecasts, working closely with the management team to ensure financial targets are met. 6. Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure accurate timekeeping and billing practices. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients’ billing guidelines and ensure compliance. 8. reputed company reports and analysis to management on billing, collections, and other financial metrics. 9. Assist in the development and implementation of new billing procedures and policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: 1.
