Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Location: Remote position Job Type: Full-Time Job description: The Recovery Center of Kentucky is a compassionate and client-focused community mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals across the lifespan. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join reputed company. The successful candidate will reputed company therapeutic services to individuals facing a wide reputed company of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. This role requires a clinician committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and reputed company effective coping strategies in an outpatient setting that reflects the agency's mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, or a reputed company field.
  • Licensure as a CSW (Clinical reputed company Worker), LPCA (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate), MFTA (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate), or equivalent.
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
  • Strong understanding of various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (reputed company), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • At least 1 year of addictions counseling and/or mental health counseling
