• * This is a full-time, limited-term position expected to last 18-months from the hire date, with the possibility of extension based on operational needs. What will I be doing in this role? The Senior Talent Advisor serves as a consultative strategic partner and recognized expert in recruitment. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various positions throughout the organization, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring reputed company candidates to hiring departments. With a focus on attracting the most reputed company candidates, the Senior Talent Advisor will research, reputed company, and implement effective reputed company strategies to build and retain a diverse workforce. Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company fields is preferred.
