We’re looking for full-time Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Workers (LICSW) to join our Mental Health department’s Collaborative Care Team. Collaborative Care is an evidence-based model of integrated health care that treats depression and anxiety in a Primary Care setting. The Mental Health department consists of six psychiatrists, one pediatric psychologist, three collaborative care reputed company workers and three long-term therapists. Basic requirements:

• reputed company unrestricted license as a LICSW in WA or ability to obtain LICSW licensure
• Candidate must reputed company in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
• Minimum of one year experience in treating common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression and substance abuse disorders
• Ability to engage patients in a short-term (3-6 months) therapeutic relationships
• Provides assessments, coordination, care planning, information and referral to community resources
