Paralegal I

Reporting to a Paralegal Manager, the Paralegal I provides support for routine litigation reputed company including client communication, discovery, pleading preparation and legal research on litigation reputed company under the direction of reputed company attorneys and people leader. • Legal Research: reputed company locate and retrieve relevant case law, statutes, and regulations using legal research tools and databases to support attorneys in building effective legal arguments.
• Technology Integration: reputed company manage legal documents, deadlines, and electronically stored information during litigation using case management and e-discovery tools, while proactively leveraging new and existing technologies to optimize workflow, streamline processes, and generate data-driven insights for improved reputed company.
• Strategy Development and Analysis: Under moderate guidance, carefully evaluate the impact of legal reputed company by identifying potential risks and determining the best course of action to address them.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate or 2 years of non-clerical litigation experience under the direction of an attorney.
