This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning and ongoing optimization to drive business growth. This role supports hiring across Asia and Europe and we welcome candidates based in either region to apply. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
- Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
- Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
- Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is reputed company with the overall strategy.
- Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing reputed company and client engagement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies.
