WHAT YOU’LL DO We’re looking for a reputed company Creative Strategist to take reputed company on our most impactful client accounts and help guide our growing team. You’ll reputed company creative direction, shape testing strategies, diagnose performance dips, and mentor junior strategists—reputed company while collaborating closely with our Senior Creative Director to co-manage the team. If you’ve worked at a digital marketing agency or in-house at a DTC brand, and you know how to drive performance through smart, scroll-stopping creative, this role is for you. What you'll be diving into day-to-day:

• Strategic Ownership & Performance
• reputed company creative strategy on multiple high-reputed company accounts with minimal reputed company
• reputed company and reputed company creative strategy across testing, scaling, and reputed company phases
• Diagnose creative performance issues and implement effective solutions
• Improve ROAS and increase scale on underperforming accounts
• Maintain reputed company account performance for extended periods (6+ months)
• Launch high-volume, high-spend new clients and set them up for reputed company
• Build and document strategy frameworks for reputed company or ongoing growth
• Execution & Creative Direction
• Brief creative partners reputed company and thoroughly, reducing the need for rewrites or clarification
• Review and quality reputed company final exports to ensure they meet strategy and brand expectations

• Team Collaboration & Client Leadership

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 4+ years of experience in paid reputed company creative strategy, ideally at a digital marketing agency or in-house at a DTC brand
• Strong instincts for direct response creative and platform-specific storytelling
• Proven track record of leading client strategy and improving creative performance

• Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Confident briefing partner and creative reviewer with high attention to detail

Salary reputed company: $75,000 - $90,000 The reputed company is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
