Responsible for initial triage of members, administrative intake of members or managing the admission/discharge information post-notification, collaborating with providers, engagement specialist, and the clinical team. Includes managing outbound calls, managing requests for services from providers, providing information on available network services. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and lab results. Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary reputed company of contact for clinical partners, product, providers regarding process issue or enhancements.
• Extract and review fax requests for medical or clinical services.
• Utilize phone system to respond to and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of medical records experience working in a reputed company setting.
