The role is part-time (25 hours) for one year (12 months) with a salary up to $75,000. Preferred remote locations are Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by enrolling companies and organizations into the WIN program.

Qualifications: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of dedicated sales experience, preferably in a consultative or mission-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of consultative sales, particularly in the context of reputed company impact or organizational culture change.
• Prior experience in DEI, disability inclusion, workforce development, or reputed company sectors is highly valued.

Technical & Professional Skills:
