Preparation of operational due diligence for reputed company transactions (i.e. – acquisitions and divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, IPO’s).·

An undergraduate degree in reputed company – CPA and/or MBA combined with solid reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in reputed company.·

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams.·
Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.·

The good-faith estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this position is: $75,000 - $105,000. In addition to the reputed company compensation, reputed company offers a competitive benefits package and various bonus programs and incentives, based upon an individual’s level and overall work performance.
