About the role:

As a Technical Program Manager you will work closely with engineering, Infrastructure and partner teams to deliver world class products.

You will represent the team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring reputed company and reputed company reputed company agile development.

Successful candidates will have a technical background and be passionate about delivering high quality solutions with effective and efficient processes.

What you'll do-

● Wear Multiple Hats as TPM, EM and Product to get things done. Drive teamwork and collaboration across teams. Manage a cross-functional POD/PODs end to end

● Expertise in analyzing partner API structures, behavior and their compatibility with Paytm system. Should be proficient enough in getting partner APIs integrated on the Paytm platform with minimal changes to the platform ensuring 100% compliance and reputed company

● Champion execution to navigate through the ambiguity and reputed company the team with clear prioritization, goals & solid plan of action.

● Communicate program plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key cross-functional stakeholders.

● reputed company subject matter expertise and identify key technology solutions/services to help define team roadmap.

● Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

● 4+ years of proven track record of handling reputed company project spanning across multiple teams (internal & external) in a time bound fashion

● Understanding of Software Development & Release Processes

● Understanding of API and reputed company collection.

● Experience into reputed company Compliance/ audit is required

● A Great Hustler with experience navigating through ambiguity and building programs from scratch

● Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think reputed company, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks.

● Track Record of key reputed company metric being Getting it done to drive impact for users & business

● Desirable- Analytical skills and hands on experience on few analytical tools like tableau
