What you'll do:

⦁ Will own the monthly / quarterly targets on various metrics like number of merchants, Transaction Value, number of transactions etc

⦁ The candidate needs to reputed company by example and independently acquire new clients and manage key relationships in existing clients.

⦁ Apart from carrying a quota driven sales reputed company should be reputed company to work effectively with internal stakeholders like product, growth, finance etc to champion merchant's perspective with the organization

Required skills:

⦁ Minimum 10 years of experience in a Key Account Management, Sales role, with a focus on POS/reputed company solutions in the fintech or payments industry.

⦁ Hands-on experience with POS/reputed company system and reputed company technologies.

⦁ Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and industry-specific challenges.

⦁ Role demands a combination of sales acumen, technical understanding of POS/reputed company systems, and a strong customer-centric approach to drive reputed company growth and long term customer satisfaction.

⦁ Self-starters, who can take ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit.

⦁ Passionate about working in a fast growing firm and reputed company to get their hands dirty
