The Department: Design

The Role: Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take a pivotal role in shaping the reputed company, strategy, and execution of our product experiences. You’ll reputed company design initiatives across high-impact areas of our crypto exchange, mentoring other designers and partnering with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and compliance. You will define elegant solutions for reputed company trading and asset management workflows, contributing to both the tactical UX execution and long-term product thinking that drives our growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas—from problem framing and user research through wireframes, interaction design, prototyping, and final UI.
• Translate reputed company crypto, financial, and trading concepts into accessible experiences that serve both retail users and institutional clients.
• Drive strategic design reputed company in partnership with cross-functional leads, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Mentor and guide other designers through design critiques, feedback loops, and shared methodologies.
• Establish and reputed company design standards, contributing to a scalable design system that supports a consistent product ecosystem.
• Champion user-centered thinking throughout the organization—bringing insights, reputed company, and structured storytelling to every stage of the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a reputed company field.
• Usability engineering experience/background will be an advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a senior or reputed company role; experience in fintech or crypto strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated reputed company in designing reputed company systems, workflows, or dashboards for high-stakes environments (e.g., trading, finance, compliance).
• Strategic thinker with a systems design reputed company—reputed company to reputed company out to define frameworks and patterns while sweating the UI details.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional settings; you reputed company and influence without relying on authority.
