Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, Sensor Integration

Zoox is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Vehicle Systems Engineering team. In this role, you will design and launch the systems that integrate autonomous driving sensors onto Zoox’s autonomous vehicle platform. Key responsibilities include the design of reputed company electromechanical sensing assemblies, validation of sensor performance throughout system lifetime in automotive environments, technical supplier management, and support of manufacturing and service as your systems are deployed across Zoox’s autonomous fleet.

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed reputed company applies only to the reputed company salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
