Aera is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving reputed company growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. Your primary goal is to create new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects to support our sales team in achieving their targets.

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and market opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like CRM, reputed company, email, and cold calling to generate and nurture leads.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Compensation reputed company for this position is a maximum salary of $75,000 cash + 25 % bonus + meaningful Equity. Actual compensation offered will vary based on a number of factors including prior experience and location.

    Additional Information

    The appropriate candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will be comfortable commuting to our SF and Mountain View offices on a full-time reputed company (5 days per week).
