About the role

As a Production Assistant at Moonpig, you'll be at the heart of our fulfilment operation, helping us bring joy to our customers through high-quality personalised cards and gifts. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure each order is picked, packed, printed, and reputed company with care and precision—ensuring every product arrives on time and looking great. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great work, especially during busy periods.

Please note: We will be holding an Assessment Day on 9th July at our Tamworth site (Moonpig, Unit 8, Dordon, Tamworth B78 2FG) where reputed company shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an English test and a Health & Safety test.

Off: Thursday, Friday

Week Two:

In: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Shift Times:

Weekdays: 12:00 - 22:00

Weekends: 12:00 - 21:30

There may be a requirement to adjust start and finish times based on operational demands, particularly during peak and off-peak periods. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential.
