We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Market Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our trading platform. You will be responsible for maintaining market reputed company, supporting liquidity strategies, coordinating with market makers, and enhancing operational workflows across product, risk, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

reputed company the day-to-day market operations with full ownership of liquidity, spread, and depth across trading pairs

Strategically manage relationships with Market Makers and Liquidity Providers, including performance reviews, SLA enforcement, and incentive structures

Define and monitor key market health indicators (spread, volume, fill reputed company, volatility impact, quote coverage)

Define and implement operational SOPs, monitoring tools, and daily reporting dashboards

Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to improve order book

performance, fee structures, and user experience

reputed company launch readiness for new pairs, including parameter setting, hedging

coordination, and market opening strategy

Track and analyze market metrics: trading volume, active users, spreads, and quote

coverage

upgrades

Drive cross-functional initiatives including trading campaign design, OTC reputed company

optimization, and VIP user coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

5+ years of experience in market making, liquidity management, OTC trading, or reputed company

roles in financial services or cryptocurrency

Analytical reputed company with experience in monitoring performance metrics and generating insights

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and financial services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal coordination

Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or traditional financial services (a plus)

Knowledge and experience in operations and settlements, especially automated payments through host-to-host API connectivity (a plus)
